ANCC AUTOTEST CHAMPIONSHIP 2006

Hi All  

Firstly an apology for not issuing a bulletin of late, as we have had a spate of events in the last two months, and as a result I have been waiting for some results, which are now to hand, coupled with two holidays. So without further ado I shall offer a short report as we have now reached the halfway stage in the 2006 Championship.  

Of the seven events in the Championship to date one has been postponed (YSCC), to a date to be advised and of the remaining six we have averaged 8/9 registered entries per event. We had a poor turnout for the second Bolton le Moors event after a bumper entry on their first event.  

All registered competitors have now opened their account and there is still time to register, if you know anyone that may be interested. I note that there are people who have been entering the events, that had they registered would also been in with a shout. Perhaps you could encourage them to make this Championship even more competitive. It is still very close for classes 2, 5 and 6, and even closer for the Championship outright with a tie between Howard Everingham and current Champion Stephen Morten.

Please try and encourage others to register and make the efforts of the ANCC worthwhile, and support the individual events.
